Have you received your delivery?

Take your time to make sure everything fits correctly and feels good. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, which is why you have 30 days to test your items and return them if necessary.

Something doesn't like you or doesn't fit properly?

Should you not like something or if it doesn't fit, please note the following regarding returns:

1. For a cancellation, the timely return of the items (unwashed!) to the following address is sufficient; sending the cancellation form is not mandatory.

2. The return shipment is at your expense. You can choose a shipping provider of your choice for the return.

3. Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it will be processed as quickly as possible. However, depending on the volume of parcels, it can take up to three weeks to be processed. We therefore ask you to refrain from inquiries during this time.

4. Refunds from returns are made via the same payment method used for the order.

 

Would you like to exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot process item exchanges at this time. Items that you do not like or that do not fit must be returned as described above, and you will need to place a new order.

 

Are items from a delivery defective?

We pay great attention to the quality of our items. In the rare event that something is not in order, please note the following:

1. Send an email with the order number and a description and photos of the defect to info@naketano.de

2. We will review the request promptly and get back to you.

3. If the complaint is justified, you will receive a return label and you can return the item to us via DHL at our expense.

4. Refunds from returns are made via the same payment method used for the order.

 

Have you not received your delivery?

With your shipping confirmation, you received a DHL tracking code. Please check the status there and contact DHL first.
